“The guys working on the roof were professional, polite and a fun bunch to have working on our house. They kept us fully informed of what was happening and the job came in on time and on budget.”

DO THE JOB PROPERLY
THE WAY WE WERE TAUGHT
Roofing done
with pride.
We take roofing seriously. Not because we want to make a fuss, but because somebody has trusted us with their home.
There's a right way to do a job. It's something the older generations taught us, and something we continue to pass on. Take your time where it matters, give people straight answers, and never leave work you're not proud to put your name to.
See how we work ↗ GOOD WORK STARTS WITH GOOD HABITS
How we
do things.
The same straightforward approach, whether it's a slipped tile or a full new roof.
01
Understand the job.
We look carefully at what's needed and, where there's a problem, work to establish the cause before suggesting a solution.
02
Show you and explain.
We talk you through what we've found, the options available and what we recommend, without pressure or unnecessary jargon.
03
Quote clearly.
You should know what work is being proposed and why. We'll give you a straightforward quotation so you can make an informed decision.
04
Take pride in the finish.
When we take a job on, we take responsibility for doing it properly — with care for the roof, the property and the people living in it.
WHAT WE DO
From one tile
to a new roof.
Whatever the job, the standards stay the same.
From a leaking roof or damaged verge to an entirely new roof, we bring the same work ethic and attention to detail to every property.
THE ARNOLD STANDARD
No shortcuts.
No fuss.
Just good work.
We love the trade, and we've spent years learning how to do it well.
We don't set out to be the loudest roofing firm in Nottingham. We set out to be the people you'd feel comfortable recommending to someone you care about.
A respectful team, honest advice and workmanship we can stand behind. That's what matters to us.
REAL PROJECTS · REAL ROOFING
Work we're proud
to show you.
We'd rather let our work speak for itself.
These photographs show the sort of roofing work we carry out — from new roof installations and traditional tiled roofs to flat roofs, roof repairs and roofline work.
PROUD TO BE LOCAL
Here for
our neighbours.
We're a family roofing firm, not a faceless contractor.
We like knowing the people we work for and being part of the local community. A lot of trust goes into inviting a tradesperson to work on your home. We don't take that lightly.
Based around Arnold and serving nearby Nottingham communities, we want to be known for doing good work and treating people properly.

THE FAMILY TRADE
Five generations.
One way of working.
Some things are worth passing down.
Roofing knowledge in our family goes back five generations. The tools and materials have changed along the way, but the pride, work ethic and care we put into a job haven't.
Today, our three established teams carry those same values forward. We care about our craft, our customers and the name we put to our work.
